The Bible commission was established in order to proclaim the word of God, which is the centre of Christian life. Its aim includes also making a plan for the propagation of the word of God and leading the execution of that plan. The Bible Commission began its apostolate centred at Pastoral Orientation Center (POC), on 23rd October 1976. Together with it Bible Apostolate Units were created in each diocese in order to execute the plans of the Bible Commission successfully and to help in its various activities.
